Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. For any reason, if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
USPS First Class - 3-5 business days - $5.99
USPS Priority Mail - 2 business days - $7.99
USPS Priority Mail Express - 1-2 business days - $27.99
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Nuvo ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Nuvo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Nuvo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Nuvo offers international Priority shipping with the following service:
USPS International Priority - 10-15 business days - $35
International shipments are subject to our standard return policy.
Customs and Duties
All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package—the value is the retail cost. Nuvo cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties.
Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.
