Important to Note: When you ship your item via USPS, UPS, etc., remember to retain the tracking number—if you don't provide a tracking number and we don't receive the item back, we won't be able to refund your return. 

Thank you for submitting your return! You'll receive a notification when your refund is processed, typically within 7-10 business days after item is shipped.

Nuvo Return Policy:  

Items should be returned new, unused and with the garment tags still attached within 30 days. We only accept returns for products purchased through the Nuvo website. Any personalized, monogrammed, altered or customized product is not eligible for return or exchange. Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund on orders that were shipped correctly.
